Thanksgiving week has arrived and the scent of spices is filling the air. Here at Sterling & Maple, we are taking a moment to reflect on all we’re thankful for, this community, our customers, and the incredible first few months we’ve spent here in Sterling, Massachusetts.

This year marks our very first holiday season in town, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the warm welcome we’ve received since opening our doors this summer. What began as a dream, a place to bring together beautiful design, timeless craftsmanship, and everyday living, has quickly become a space full of inspiration, creativity, and community. We want to extend a heartfelt thank-you to everyone who has supported Sterling & Maple and helped us grow into the home décor destination we are today.

Reflecting on Our First Season in Sterling

When Joshua Allen Design first envisioned Sterling & Maple, it was designed to be more than just a store. It was meant to be a local haven for design lovers, a place where you can browse, dream, and discover.

Over the past few months, we’ve loved welcoming customers into the shop to explore our furniture collections, lighting partners, and seasonal décor. From cozy throws to handpicked home accents, every piece in our collection is chosen with care and intention, balancing design and practicality in true JAD style.

Giving Back This November

This month, we’ve also been celebrating Giving Tuesday a little early by hosting a food drive for the Sterling Food Bank, collecting nonperishable items throughout November.
