Giving Back This Season: Sterling & Maple’s Giving Tuesday Initiative

This November, Sterling & Maple is celebrating the season of giving in a meaningful way. Throughout the entire month, we’ll be collecting donations for the Sterling Food Bank, helping local families in need as the holidays approach.

As part of our Giving Tuesday initiative, guests who bring food or household donations to our VIP Holiday Event on November 20th will receive a special coupon as a thank-you for giving back to our community. Together, we can make a lasting impact right here in Sterling.

Why Giving Back Matters to Us

For Josh Allen and the team at Sterling & Maple, community is at the heart of everything we do. Sterling has supported Josh’s local business, Joshua Allen Design, for years, trusting him with their homes, their projects, and their visions. That same support made it possible to open Sterling & Maple this past summer, creating a new retail home décor destination and design studio right in the heart of town.

Now, as our first holiday season in Sterling begins, we’re taking the opportunity to give back to the very community that made all of this possible. Supporting the Sterling Food Bank is one small way we can show our gratitude, lend a hand to our neighbors, and help ensure that everyone in our town has a warm and full holiday season.

What is Giving Tuesday?

Giving Tuesday is a global movement that began in 2012 as a simple idea, to inspire generosity and kindness following the shopping-filled days of Black Friday and Cyber Monday. It’s a day dedicated to giving back, whether through donations, volunteering, or supporting local causes that make a difference.

At Sterling & Maple, we believe in carrying that spirit through the entire month of November. Every can, box, or bag of food donated helps a local family and every act of kindness strengthens the sense of community that makes Sterling so special.

Join Us This November

Visit Sterling & Maple any time this month to drop off your donations for the Sterling Food Bank. Then, join us at our VIP Holiday Event on November 20th, where giving back will be celebrated with community, holiday cheer, and a little extra savings for those who contribute.
